One of the largest and the most prestigious production houses in the country, AVM Productions, have now taken the big step of signing up the current sensation of Tamil Cinema, Actor 'Ilayathalapathy' Vijay for their next film. It is a very important step taken by the production house who have produced a huge number of films among which many have gone on to become blockbuster hits of their respective decades, with their recent blockbuster hit being 'Sivaji' acted by Rajnikanth (produced by AVM Saravanan).

Vijay who recently was seen in the Bharhathan directed Azhagiya Tamizh Magan, will be acting under AVM's Production after he completes Kuruvi under the direction of Dharani, and the Ayngaran produced film which will be directed by choreographer and his 'Pokkiri' director Prabudeva. The shooting for Kuruvi is going on right now at a pretty good pace and it is expected that this AVM produced film will start rolling at the end of this year. This AVM produced film will be produced by AVM Balasubramanian and Gurunath The heroine, cast and other details of the film have not yet been finalized and will be finalised pretty soon.
