The power of Vijay's fans have been truly paid off. When Vijay TV's "Lollu Sabha" made a mockery of Vijay's recent blockbuster movie "Pokkiri", Vijay fans were engraged and sent off criticising mails to Vijay TV and the crew of Lollu Sabha for projecting their favorite actor in a very poor light.

The fans sent e-mails, postal letters, etc to show their anger to Vijay TV for making so much fun of their actor's Pokkiri. The fans felt that the movie and particularly Vijay was being insulted in the open. After their persistent efforts, Vijay TV finally relented and publicly telecasted an apology letter between one of their programs where they had openly apologized to Vijay and his fans for the anguish that they caused through their controversial program.

Also not stopping with that, Vijay TV have personally sent an apology letter to Actor Vijay for the anger caused upon Vijay's family, friends, relatives and his thousands of fans who were highly disappointed with that particular program aired on Vijay TV.
