 Overwhelmed by Pokkiri’s success ‘Ilayathalapathy’ Vijay organized a surprise meet with the Media Friends at his Office today (04.02.2007).The event was presided by Pokkiri’s PRO P.T.Selvakumar, and Ilayathalapathy continued the session which was followed by series of questions from Media friends gathered at the event.
Vijay thanked the entire media industry for being a part of Pokkiri’s success and also requested to continue the same for his next flick Azhagiya Thamizh Magan! The PRO further added that Pokkiri’s success reports from various parts of the country and overseas, have proved that the film is a tremendous success all over. Pokkiri is nearing to break records of recent blockbusters like “Chandramukhi”. Vijay talked about his forthcoming flicks, which would be produced by Stalin’s Son Udhayanidhi, which is yet to be finalized. Vijay was seen with a fresh look and a smile throughout the event. When VFN team questioned him about his stay at New York after Pokkiri's break, he said “I had a memorable experience with my friends after almost a decade. The exotic locations were a great feast for my eyes” added Vijay. The event which started as a Press Meet concluded as a photo Shoot as one could witness the crowd wanting to take snaps with Ilayathalapathy. The event was full of excitement and the VFN Team had a wonderful time at the event with Ilayathapathy and media folks!
